Tooling Design Our in house design specialists can take your concept develop it into a 3-D component model that's ready to be sent to the shop floor for manufacturing. This also applies if you currently have a component model we use it to build assembly tooling, manufacturing systems like work cells, quality control fixtures test systems and component qualifications tooling. Utilizing a 3-D CAD system we can give our customers, a complete lean manufacturing component system, that saves manufacturing costs, engineering cost and development time from concept to manufacturing. 3-D Machining Our three-dimensional machining capabilities are accomplished by the integration of Gibbs Cam. Gibbs Cam is a Cam system that accepts nearly all design software files, as well as IGES. By using this type of CAM system, we can take your custom-designed part file and incorporate it into our system. Once the file is loaded into the CAM software, it converts your design into machine code ready for milling or turning. The billet material is then loaded into the machine center and the machining process begins. Once the machining process is complete, your product has been manufactured to your exact design specifications. Our CNC Machines are capable of holding tolerances in the .0005" range on smaller tooling processes or three dimensional mold cavities.
